JD Integrations suite
JD Mail
JD Mail is the team inbox for JD Integrations — shared mailboxes, threading, and the same warm interface language as the rest of the suite, connected to Calendar and Task.

Overview
Mail is the IMAP/SMTP web client for organization mailboxes. Suite SSO can unlock Mail after Account (or another app) login; the server still needs mailbox credentials via suite exchange when adopting.
Getting started
- Open Mail at jdmail.jdintegrations.net.
- Prefer signing in once via Account or any suite app that mints a suite session, then open Mail so it can adopt.
- You can also sign in directly on Mail with your mailbox email and password.
- Signing out of Mail ends the shared suite session — refresh other open JD Apps tabs to finish signing out there too.
Features
- Inbox, drafts, sent, and folder browsing
- Threaded conversations
- Compose and send through your org domain
- Suite SSO adopt and suite-wide logout
- Works alongside Calendar and Task in the same chrome
