Overview
Account is the control plane for the suite. It stores who can use which JD Apps, provisions mailboxes, and hosts the shared suite session cookie used by sibling products.
Getting started
- Open Account at account.jdintegrations.net (or use Open JD Account above).
- Sign in with your organization email and password.
- After sign-in, a suite session is set on .jdintegrations.net so other JD Apps can adopt without a second login.
- Use org / mailbox / profile screens to grant or revoke access to individual apps.
Features
- Tenant and organization administration
- Organization logo (set on the Organization page) shows in every JD app sidebar
- Mailbox provisioning tied to Mailcow
- Per-user JD Apps permission profiles
- Suite SSO hub (jd_suite_sid) for sibling apps
- Sign-out clears the suite session across open apps
